Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of TRUE ADAS Solutions Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TRUE ADAS Solutions Canada provides automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration
  • Wheel alignment services
  • Auto glass repair and replacement
  • Ontario safety inspections (MTO-certified)
  • Module programming and diagnostic services

All services are performed by certified technicians using OEM-approved equipment and procedures.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments are recommended and can be made by phone, email, or through our website
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of your appointment

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and insurance direct billing (where applicable)
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle make, model, and specific requirements
  • Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during service

5. Vehicle Information and Authorization

By bringing your vehicle to our facility, you:

  • Confirm that you are the legal owner or have authorization to service the vehicle
  • Authorize us to test drive the vehicle if necessary for diagnostic or calibration purposes
  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle's history and any known issues
  • Acknowledge that we may need to update software or settings as part of the calibration process

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

  • We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional manner using appropriate equipment
  • ADAS calibration services are warranted for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first
  • Glass installation is warranted against leaks and defects in workmanship
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or subsequent repairs by others

6.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to your vehicle
  • We are not liable for loss of use, consequential damages, or indirect damages
  • Customer is responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service
  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle

7. Safety Inspections

For Ontario safety inspections:

  • Inspections are conducted in accordance with Ontario Highway Traffic Act and MTO standards
  • We cannot guarantee that a vehicle will pass inspection
  • Failed inspections will include a detailed list of required repairs
  • Re-inspection fees may apply
  • Safety certificates are valid for 36 days from the date of issue

8. ADAS Calibration Requirements

  • ADAS calibration is required after windshield replacement, camera replacement, or certain collision repairs
  • Calibration must be performed according to manufacturer specifications
  • Customer must inform us of any aftermarket modifications that may affect calibration
  • Some vehicles may require dealer-level programming beyond our capabilities; we will inform you if this is the case

9. Insurance Claims

  • We work with most major insurance companies for direct billing
  • Customer is responsible for any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance
  • Final approval of insurance claims rests with the insurance company
  • We reserve the right to require payment if insurance does not cover services

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
  • Disclose any known issues or previous repairs relevant to the service
  • Retrieve their vehicle within 5 business days of service completion
  • Pay storage fees for vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup time
  • Follow any post-service instructions provided

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TRUE ADAS Solutions Canada and is protected by Canadian copyright laws.

12. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable Ontario and Canadian laws, including:

  • Motor Vehicle Safety Act
  • Ontario Highway Traffic Act
  • Consumer Protection Act
  • Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)

13. Dispute Resolution

  • We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly
  • Complaints should be directed to our management team
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario
  • Legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Ontario

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
